Since entering the 21 st century, China’s GDP is growing, now China has become the world’s second largest economy, and China’s civil aviation industry has been booming. The competition of domestic aviation industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Under this background, if the aireline companies want to survive and develop in the turbulent market competition, they need to constantly tap into their own potential and improve their management level, then always maintain and improve their own competitive advantage. During this period, the airline’s internal business process requires adjustment and improvement, so as to adapt to the needs of enterprise development. Through the way of process reengineering and optimization, the operating efficiency of airlines can be improved constantly so that ensuring their invincible position.DH company holds a leading position in domestic civil aviation industry. As the company owns a large scale fleet, aircraft maintenance has become an important cost field, a mass of aviation components are sent back to factory for repair by a variety of ways. Among of these, the overall process of repair parts management becomes the target, as its duration determines the quantity in stock of replaced aviation components, it is obvious that the inventory parts have a direct effect on the size of cash flow, therefore, the compact parts repairing cycle has become the key link for the airlines to build the tacit competitive advantage.This paper takes the DH company parts repairing management process as the research object, through the analysis of the process and diagnosis of the problems existed in the process, it puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions and supporting measures, so as to shorten the duration of parts repairing. The first chapter puts forward the research background and ideas; the second chapter expounds the definition of process reengineering and process optimization, and related tools and academic theories; the third chapter makes an analysis on the present development status of DH company and the current situation of its industry, then puts forward that one of the means for DH company to seek competitive advantage is to build a balance point. parts repairing management is most important link. The fourth chapter is aimed at the problems existing in the parts repairing management process, The fifth chapter puts forward the supporting measures of parts repairing management process after optimization.In this paper, by shortening the duration of parts repairing management process with DH company, and using the theory of process reengineering and optimization in the application of important problems in the airline business that needed to be solved timely, thus it improves the competitiveness of aircraft maintenance guarantee efficiency, so as to form a strong support for the competitive strategy of DH company. Except for the practical guiding significance to the business development of DH company itself, this paper also have certain reference function to other airlines.
