With approach of industrial time 4.0,and the rapid development of the global information technology,enterprises are required to adapt the changing market and customer evolving needs accordingly.And to find the managerial methods and business process,which match the market strategy and customer demand.The concept of management process reengineering was introduced into China by the United States in the 90s of last century.It has influenced the global business world to rethink and change the management again.Due to difference culture and belief among various countries,the managements are also not the same.On the basis of relevant local and oversea theories and cases,this paper sorts and combs the internal process of enterprises H under the new market strategy,so as to study and apply BPR under the framework with specific goal,foundation,plan and method.This paper first reviews about BPR application status and theoretical basis both in china and abroad,sorts the concept of business process.Combining theories of marketing management,information technology and so on,and through SWOT and PEST analysis of enterprise 's current strategy,it is quite clear that combining with the company's core competitiveness,the new market strategy could effectively organize and operate internal and external processes,to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition environment.In the analysis of market strategy,to classify the upcoming change process,so as to find the critical process related to the core business,and re-design,improve the key process.Through the integrated model which was influenced by key factors such as strategy,process,information technology etc.to derive the new organization structure which adapts to the efficient business process management strategy under new strategy.Summarize the implementation schedule and the expected results after application of BPR plan.Evaluate the process,while gradually optimizing and strengthening the cohesion between various processes and efficiencies.And eventually,the highly efficient business process-reengineering model of Enterprise H could be established with 3C as its main characteristic.
