Development Strategy Research And Application In China Aluminum Fabrication Industry

Since 2002, China's aluminum fabrication industry ushered in a new round of large-scale development period, the domestic aluminum fabrication projects are endless, aluminum fabrication capacity and yield continuously increased, and achieved world-acclaimed achievements. But in the meantime, quantities of aluminum fabrication enterprises is excessive, the average production is too small, the products and market position are similar to each other and likely to cause a price war, the factors such as R & D development in these enterprises is weak, unfavorable potential are still hampering the domestic aluminum industry to meet the high takeoff.In-depth investigations of the current domestic aluminum industry under the respective economic and policy environment were conducted in this paper, and a detailed exposition of present situation and future development trends in the international and domestic aluminum production industry was given in this paper too. Comparative analysis showed advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the current domestic aluminum industry and through analyzing the SWOT matrix, the development thoughts of the whole aluminum industry were summarized.The current domestic consumption of aluminum products were discussed, the quantity of aluminum consumption, the consumption structure and character were pointed out. The domestic Aluminum consumer market was returned to the real one.Then, on the basis of analyzing the supply and consumption of the Chinese aluminum industry, the strategic planning of the Chinese aluminum industry was developed in this paper. For instance, the downstream and upstream aluminum fabrication enterprises should build a kind of strategic alliance relationship; establish cooperation system between Business and community resources; create the "351" project and speed up "billions Group" building process. And as an example, this strategic plan was implied in SW aluminum fabrication Group, demonstrating that the plan is effective and feasible in Chinese aluminum fabrication industry environment.
