| In recent years,with the sustained and healthy development of our national economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,as the raw material of modern economy and the development of new and high technology,the demand of aluminum is getting more and more strong.The competition becomes more intense because huge development opportunities and market space has attracted numerous enterprises at home and abroad into this field.After more than twenty years of unremitting efforts and hard development,the MingDi Aluminum has now become the largest aluminum production base in the western region which sets design,production,sales and service as a whole.Facing fierce competition and changing market environment,seizing the opportunity,meeting the challenge and achieving sustained and rapid development have put on the agenda.So it is important and urgent for the company to formulate targeted marketing strategy which will be explained in this paper.This article first to the related theories and construction aluminum market development present situation at home and abroad are expounded.Secondly,using the PEST model,porter five model and SWOT model to the company’s marketing environment gave a comprehensive and objective analysis,and the company’s products for the market positioning.Than,marketing strategy recommendations were made to the company under the current complex situation.Finally,a summary to full text and future research prospect were made. |
