In the era of knowledge economy, The key of the competition between companies is the talents.What makes the companies gain a competitive advantage is the talents’ subjective initiative into full play, and value creation ability effectively reflect. For the modern human resource management, paying attention to the individual demand and the company long-term development is to realize the efficient management connotation, which can brings maximum potential employees, and it is a important link in the process of creating largest value. Career planning as an essential tool, which is only through the correct guidance, can make employees firmly in accordance with the strategic goals for the development of the company, and ensure the employees’ career planning successful implement.The paper regards ZC company as the research object, and discuss about the employees’ career planning problems. Through the survey of ZC company, we found ZC company talents’ personal goals and organizational development goals have a deep gap, which making enterprise strategy cannot be successful achieved. At the same time, when the company needs talent urgently,there is no talent can be used, only by external recruitment to a lifesaver. No reasonable effective staff career planning, enterprise staff is fragmented,which cannot be together to reach the company overall strategic goals. In this case,it is certain hindered efficiency and healthy development of the company,and become a stumbling block on the company’s development.For this reason, this paper used theory combining with practice method, and used the method reference. By the actual investigation of the author’s experience to make the strategy formulation. To analyzes the present situation of the career planning and ZC company, we found that many problems restricting the sustainable development of ZC company, and make the question as the breakthrough point, we used the perspective by career development channel, job rotation, performance management, job motivation and vocational training on the improvement of career planning. Finally, from two aspects: the company organizations and system process, we put forward measures to improve the existing career planning scheme, and gives a feasible strategy. The plan that we put forward in this paper can improve the scheme not only for ZC company’s long-term development and lay the good foundation, as well as for other companies in related industry employee career development, and provide a good reference.
