The modern enterprise's competition is the competition between talents in the final analysis and the competition of human resources synthesis quality. Therefore, human resources are becoming more and more important to an organization's success. An Enterprise' middle managers are the backbones of the enterprise. How to carry on the management of intermediate managers and display their enthusiasm is an important issue which the enterprise faces. It also is the essential content in the human resources management. Having performance appraisal to the middle management, along with appropriate incentives, can stimulate the effective roles that the middle managers play in the business.The middle managers' performance appraisal is to examine their integrity, achievement, ability and diligence in daily behavior, with the expectation of getting a just and reasonable result. The research on the middle managers' performance appraisal has the vitally practical significance and necessity to the developing process of the enterprises in our country. This paper, based on the performance evaluation of the middle managers in Zhuzhou Lince Group Co.,Ltd. (hereafter refers to as LINCE) as the object to study, elaborates and analyzes the general principle and current situation of common performance appraisal of the middle managers in LINCE, so as to point out the existed problems. Based on working analysis as the foundation and the key performance indicators Law (KPI), this paper constructs a new implementation of the performance appraisal indicators of the middle managersThe new performance appraisal system mainly aims at the individual ability and the improvement of the working performance. Through the system, it is expected to access to the actual working situation of the middle managers and to make active efforts for the enhancement of the future working performance on the other hand, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of constantly improving organizational performance.
