Middle-level managers are the backbone of enterprises, enterprises assume decision-making and the implementation of the strategy and tactical programs for the formulation and implementation of the primary managers of the management and decision-making and communication responsibilities. The level of their quality, the ability to size and role can be brought into full play, a direct impact on the normal production and operation of enterprises, economic stability and order of sustainable development is carried out smoothly. Currently, middle-level managers of the enterprise performance evaluation academic circles both in practice or the enterprise sector is a bigger problem.C cigerate factory, for middle managers in performance assessment, based on the design of a strategic-oriented middle-level managers Performance Assessment Program, to achieve middle-level managers working on performance, attitude and the ability to work with a correct analysis and evaluation, people do the best so as to raise the performance, thus facilitating the development of enterprises effect. Middle-level managers of enterprises to solve problems assessment provide a useful reference.This dissertation is constituted of five chapters. In chapter 1, it is introduction, including issues raised, the research ideas and research methods and the content of the article structure. In chapter2, it is theoretical basis. It introduced middle managers on performance evaluation program design theory. In chapter3, it introduced C cigerate factory middle -level managers Status and Performance Assessment Analysis. In chapter4, it is performance evaluation of the design program on middle-level managers, it introducted middle-level managers on performance evaluation program design ideas and the new programs. In chapter5, it introducted the implementation of new programs and improvements.
