| The effective employee performance management is key to advance competence of petroleum technology service enterprise. It is the important link for petroleum technology service enterprises further deepening mechanism transformation and promoting core quality to set up performance evaluation indicator system with times feature and accordance with actual situation and to put up innovation practice of performance management combining with its characteristics and actual condition. At present, there are some problems in employee performance management of petroleum technology service enterprises. Therefore it has significant meaning to carry through the research on employee performance evaluation and innovation of employee performance management.According to the basic theory of employee performance management, the paper analyzes the status in quo of employee performance management of No.1 Drilling Company of Daqing Petroleum Administrative Bureau, and finds out the problems in program of employee performance management, indicator system of performance evaluation and method of performance assessment. The paper also points out the causation of the problems above from the understand of evaluation and management of employee performance, the target of performance management, communication of performance management, performance feedback and reserved talents of business administration of the enterprises. Combining to the practice of petroleum technology service enterprises, according to the principle of designing performance assessment indicators, the paper put forward that the indicator system of employee performance evaluation of petroleum technology service should include two parts which are work result and work behavior. The paper also establishes the detailed performance evaluation indicator system for two kinds of major employee—technical staff and market exploitation. The paper put forth that the indicators weight can be settled by using AHP, and the employee performance integrated evaluation can be carry out by using fuzzy integrated evaluation method. Finally, aiming at the problems in employee performance management of petroleum technical service, the paper bring forward the measures to enhance innovation of employee performance management from implementing total performance management and building up employee performance management system. |
