The status and function of hotel human resource are getting more and more prominent along with global operation, consumers' quick-changing demands and promoted trade competition. The high hotel employee turnover rate, especially the talent drain, has been a main difficulty for Chinese human resource managers. The core competition among different hotels is talent competition. The core employee voluntary turnover rate in Chinese hotel industry is much higher than that in other trades because of traditional culture background, ownership system, enterprise scale, management level and production condition, etc. In facing high employee turnover rate, hotels begin to realize the key elements to maintain the survival and development of enterprises are high organizational commitment level and a steady team of core employees.Organizational Commitment (OC) is an important idea of science of organizational behavior, which is very important to the survival and development of organizations. More and more research show OC is the origin and foundation of human resource control measures. It can predict employee turnover behavior, turnover intention, absence, work effect and organizational citizenship behavior more exactly. Managers ought to put insight into elements influencing enterprise and employee organizational commitment level, improve their management measures according to such elements, develop and cultivate high organizational commitment. Only in this way, employees with high commitment can be won.This thesis try to study how to construct efficient management mechanism and countermeasure through carefully examining human resource management status of Chinese hotel organization, taking core employee organizational commitment as cut-in point and analyzing the elements influencing organizational commitment level. This thesis also sums up theory studies on organizational commitment and core employee management of researchers from home and abroad, uses relevant theory research findings, combines career development status of Chinese hotel's core employees and discuses the essential elements influencing organizational commitment. It is hoped that the research result of this thesis may supply proper modus and gist of theoretics to achieve efficient hotel core employee management and promote healthy and sustainable development of hotel organizations.
