The management in 21 century is the management which take the people as center. How to handle the relationship of human resource and organizational commitment have become the core of management. With the development of social economy, the requirement of human resource in enterprise have become further diversified and complexed. In the incisive competition, the methods of improving the performance and retaining the human resource and enhancing the level of organizational commitment have become the important content of human resource management. After joining WTO, many multinationals have come into our country, the competition of human resource in domestic enterprise have extended to the international enterprises, the turnover of human resource in domestic enterprise have become more and more severely. The theory of organizational commitment is good for forecasting the turnover intention and improving the job satisfaction of human resource, farthermore reforming the relationship of enterprise and human resource. It is important and urgent to discuss the problem of organizational commitment of human resource in enterprise.Considering the above background and according to the research method of the human resource and organizational commitment theories, the actual circumstance of organizational commitment of LiaoNing Electric Power Co.Ltd.' human resource has been analysised, the problem existed in organizational commitment of human resource in enterprise has been discussed, suggestions to improve the level of organizational commitment has been given.In the first chapter, this paper introduced the background, purpose, method, and meanings of the research. In the second chapter, this paper has explained the relevant theories of human resource and organizational commitment. In the third chapter, the author presented the imagination of the research and the design of the research. In the fourth chapter, the author use questionnaire to measure the organizational commitment' condition of LiaoNing Electric Power Co.Ltd.' human resource. After that, the author deal the data with SPSS11.0 for windows, and find the rule of organizational commitment of human resource in enterprise. In the fifth chapter, the author emphasize analyse the relationship of human resource'basic trait and organizational commitment. In the sixth chapter, the author analyse the relationship of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, value orientation, performance management.
