With the globlizatian of the economics of the world, enterprises are facing moreand more fierce competition. Thus, to build a performance management systemadapting to its own development and helping the employeres have better performancesis to gurantee its overall profit as well as the core competition of the enterprises.ZT is a manufacturing enterprise located in Tianjin, whose major outputs areSpecialty Vehicles. Feeling the pressure of fierce competitionnowadays home and abroad, ZT is eager to meet the imperative of improving theoverall efficiency of its company, thus creating a more prosperous future. This articlemainly speads to they improvement of performance management systems in the corporation. With the end in mind of helping employers improve performance.Guidedby the strategic performance management theory and the comprehensive comparison ofthe research outcome, I made a conclusion as to how to improve this from two aspects:choices of performance appraisal methods; and management system. In the first aspect, this article ruggested the ZT corporation impuove its checd-up system by means of target management, Key Performance Index, and a comprehensive check-up system.In the Second aspect, the article designed a performance management model with its own characteristics. Also based on the theories said above, the article demonstrated the idea on the following four steps of performance management: Planning stage, Practice, evaluation and feedback. This article also advised the enterprises to make continuous progress by giving special attention to the following areas: system construction, performance appraisal, especially the bilateral benefit II between the company and the individual while both are carrying out this performance improvement plan and employers'rights of petition. Through these various means, the company will have a variety of feedback. Thus the employers will be more content with their current situation, which in turn enhances the improvement of the company's perfoumance management.What the article put forward above is being carried out in ZT. It has finished the construction of the performance management in the 1st. 3 months of this year. The new methods of the performance management will be carried out in the following 3 months. In practice, this plan may come aross a great deal of practical problems here to fore unexpected. PCM consultative company and I will improve as necessary.I hope this article can be a reference and mak some contribution to the employers'performance management in our country.
