In enterprise's human resources development and the management process, the performance appraisal is a core function. Performance appraisal process in the implementation of an important issue is how to ensure that goal always in the process of implementing an enterprise strategic goals. Says from another angle, how is formulates various levels goal to guarantee the enterprise strategic target the realization.In a raw material production enterprises, the cost of production is one of the most critical indicators, And intermediate managers of production is the core management force to ensure the survival of business. Whether Their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity can effectively play depends on whether there is a sound scientific and fair performance appraisal and incentive measures. The key performance indicators reflect the focus of its operations and short-term direction on a certain extent, it is the basis for Performance appraisal, how to determine the key performance indicators about intermediate managers and divide them through scientific manner is the first of all for performance appraisal. The key performance indicators research not only has the certain academic value, moreover has the important practical significance. This paper compares the performance management system description, performance appraisal and key performance indicators related theories, and the establishment of key performance indicator system for a more detailed exposition. Finally, a production unit under the company HX Dongfang Copper Company unit for the case, depend on the method of setting up the key performance indicators system that described in this paper to determine and divide the key performance indicators about intermediate manager of production, in the same time, this paper give an analysis about the conditions of implementation of the key performance indicators.This paper is the sdudy about key performance indicators on the intermediate managemers of production of to identify and study the first attempt decomposition, HX combined with the actual situation more closely, and I hope to the whole HX and the decomposition of key performance indicators to determine a reference.
