Project Management System Of SYZ High-Rise Building In Tianjin

As Sanyizhuang project for example, research on the action of project management in construction was performed. Huge investment, short construction period, high quality requirement and difficult construction were characters of this project. Using flexible project management method to instruct in the engineering, cost was reduced maximatily and project was finished following the requirements of quality. The control mode of project management on similar projects was concluded by the analysis on the instruction and practical effect of project management theory in this project. Dynamic control, omniibearing and whole-process control are the core of the method.During the construction of Sanyizhuang project, in respect of the cost, three aspects were emphasis: cost prediction, cost control, cost accounting; in terms of the construction progress, the optimum construction management plan was obtained by making construction plan and analyzing the critical factors, which effected the progress, at the same time, the dynamic management control was conducted in construction; in the matter of the quality control, the optimum scheme was gained by the special research of the focal point and difficulty in this project, strengthening the management system, emphasizing the material control, adapting new process and new technique, finally, the optimum scheme was performed concretely with three steps: working out the target, decomposing the target and accomplishing the target; in respect of the personnel management, making detailed post duty according to every post, defining the post function, encouraging teamwork; in terms of the safety, making safety management system, reinforcing inspector's rounds, establishing everyone's responsibility system, obeying the rules and regulations strictly. The execution of this project showed that it was very important to flesh out and carry out the project management system to engineering construction. The research of this paper could provide important lessons for similar engineering project.
