Study On Cost Controlling System Of Geophysical Prospecting Project

It is an effective method to use project management knowledge for petroleum geophysical prospecting enterprise to administrate its operation, and control its cost, in order to improve the company's management lever and ability of cost competition, and which is also the hot topic in the reform of petroleum exploration management system in our country. However, in the affect of long time traditional manage fashion, the geophysical prospecting enterprise are limited in the development of project management, especially in cost control. That's why we carry on this research.This article consider a geophysical prospecting project as a research object, consult lots of project management theories and successful cases, deeply learn the situation and problems in the project management, and analysis the necessarily to apply a new cost control mode. Then we built this cost control mode, which combine the dynamic whole process control system and the key point control system. In the former part we design each mechanism in the order of plan, estimation, budget, control, and evaluation. In the latter part, we analysis the key point in cost happen course, then classify the countermeasures. At least we put the mode into a practical application, and provide some measures for smooth running.
