The effective execution of corporate strategy is the key to the success of corporation strategy, and taking overall consideration of the development of world economy and excellent-performance enterprise, the success of a corporation strategy depends on the exertion of leadership in the process of strategic execution which is also called as the leadership of corporation strategic execution. The leadership of corporation strategic execution related to the success of corporation strategy, and plays a key role in the enterprises strategic managemen. However, in our country, there are rare researches on guidance to the effective strategic execution for leaders, particularly in relation to the leadership of corporation strategic execution. The successful execution of enterprise strategy must rely on the exertion of the leadership of corporation strategic execution, so that there is an urgent need to explore it in depth.The leadership of corporation strategic execution, which is the most notable quality of leaders of corporation strategic execution, is an ability of leaders that influences or attracts employees to achieve strategic objectives in the process of strategic execution. It determines the quality and effect of leader's behavior, and it is the internal driving force to achieve objective of group or organization, but also ensure the smooth operation of the leading process.In practice, there are many ideas about the leadership of the corporation strategic execution. Through analyzing the important factors affecting the strategic execution and the successful cases of the strategic execution leadership, this paper summarizes three elements which are the most powerful factors influencing the effectiveness of enterprise strategic execution: the strategic influencing capability, the strategic innovative capability and the strategic executive capability. In order to guide the corporation strategic execution leader to drive strategic execution successfully, this paper build a model of the leadership of corporation strategic execution. The strategic influencing capability is the premise of this model. Through the influence of themselves on others, the leaders of strategic execution strive to build organization cultures which sustain strategic execution, which will cause the team to reach consensus to shape the rule and art in the process of strategic execution and strengthen the confidence and sense of achievement of the staff. The strategic innovative capability is the core of the model, and leaders can urge the employees to forecast, imagine and constantly innovate, thus keeping organizations adapting to the competitive environment. The strategic executive capability is the key of the model, and leaders can achieve the consistency of action and goals through selecting comprehensive and effective implementation process. Finally, this paper explores the environment of the leadership of corporation strategic execution from the aspect of affecting factors, sustaining conditions, evaluation and incentive measures.Above all, these studies have a great theoretical significance on improving the validity of corporation strategic execution.
