A Research On The Factors Of Strategic Execution Of Enterprises Strategic Alliance

The enterprise strategy alliance is the enterprise competition strategy, which isdeveloped in the1990s, at the same time, it’s the interest subject of the enterprisemanagement strategic theory. In the actual economic activity, enterprises establishedstrategic alliance more and more frequent, competitive advantage gets more and morefavor of each enterprise. In recent years, although there has some domestic andforeign relevant strategic alliance books coming out, it’s still a very immature theory,the system and the frame is not perfect, the theory development lagged behind thedevelopment of practice. Strategic alliance practice lacks of the effective support andguidance theory, the theory has many aspects deserve further investigation, this paperstudy influence factors of the strategic alliance execution.Based on the study of domestic and foreign enterprise strategic alliance andstrategic implementation theory, this paper puts forward five factors of alliancestrategy：union members, members communication, motivation mechanism andshared values. Use methods of questionnaire survey, exploratory factor analysis andconfirmatory factor analysis. First, using exploratory factor analysis to eliminate thesubstandard index, forming the preliminary factors; Secondly, doing confirmatoryfactor analysis to five factors and their enterprise strategic alliance execution byAMOS17.0,obtained the structure equation modeling; Finally, draw the conclusionthrough the adapter degree analysis: coalition strategy and enterprise strategic allianceimplementation effect was positively related, union members and the businessenterprise strategy alliance implementation effect was positively related, membercommunication and enterprise strategic alliance implementation effect was positivelyrelated, incentive mechanism and the enterprise strategic alliance implementationeffect was positively related, union share value and the enterprise strategy allianceimplementation effect were positively correlated. The conclusion of this paper haspositive academic significance to further clarify the influence factors and mechanismof the enterprise strategic alliance execution and to expand methods and pathways ofthe promotion enterprise strategic alliance execution.
