| Along with the world economic development, the intelligence and intelligence system are becoming more and more important and to be the decision factor of enterprise productivity and market competitive power. The intelligence is developed rapidly with the application of all kinds of computer aided design software and the increase of various information especially the intelligence in enterprise. Therefore, whether the intelligence management is performed well is related to the development of the enterprise.XA institute is a professional institute of China Weapon Industry Group. The military products are not placed on a free competition market for its specialization. How to construct and execute an intelligence system that should fulfill the military industry features to ensure the institute wins the competition is a problem to be solved.The basic theories related to information, intelligence and competitive intelligence and the application and meaning of the intelligence system for enterprise and its development in the enterprise at home and abroad are introduces firstly. Then, the meaning, principle and basic target of constructing the XA institute intelligence system are illustrated on the basis of the analysis of practical situation of XA institute, and a basic frame of the intelligence system of XA institute is constructed. In the paper, not only the idea of competitive intelligence system is used in the intelligence system construction smartly, but also the human factor in the system is regarded sufficiently. The personnel classification and training measures related to the intelligence are put forward, which will give helpful guidance for the construction of the intelligence system of XA institute.At last, the conclusion is put forward for this paper, and the future development trend of intelligence system is prospected. |
