Key Performance Indicators is a kind of standardized system for the employer to evaluate the working effects of the employee. Key Performance Indicators builds a bridge between the organization and the individual, by breaking down the organizational targets step by step.H Company referring to in the thesis adopts the Key Performance Indicators to appraise the employee. Although the appraisal method is proved to be valid, it also meets some problems in the execution.The thesis will provide the solutions to all these questions by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in the Performance Evaluation of H Company.
