JX company is the largest demolition company in Wenzhou,according to the Wenzhou government policy requirements to pull down the illegal construction,old villages and old factories.The employees are mainly engaged in providing advice of demolishing buildings,and using machines and equipments,as well as resolving security issues during the demolition.During the working,the staff of JX company will face huge pressure,which comes from the organizational environment,the role conflict,the interpersonal relationship,and the work itself.How to reduce the working pressure of the demolition workers stands out to be one of the most important problems in the JX company as well as the similar enterprises.Based on the analysis of the literature at home and abroad,this research adopts the ways of interview and questionnaire to construct the work pressure source model of JX employees.Through the statistical analysis of the data,I find that JX company employees' work pressure is in a very high level.The grid management further intensifies the staff working pressure.The demolition workers feel more much work pressure than the security guards and administrators in JX company,as well as the older or higher educated employees.However,the research shows the employees' pressure with different working lives is in a U type.The employees' work pressure has a significant positive correlation with the interpersonal relationship,the organizational environment and the role conflict.The organizational environment and the role conflict pressure source have a positive predictive effect on work pressure,and the organizational environmental positively predicted Grid working pressure.The results of data analysis show that the organizational environment and the role conflict are the key pressure sources,the interpersonal relationship and the work itself are the general pressure sources.So suggestions are made about that,the Government departments should establish a more humane policy environment,strengthen the staff's humanistic care and construct optimization of grid management mode.JX company should establish the pressure management institutions,create a good corporate atmosphere,reasonable evaluation mechanism.The Government departments and JX company should work together to deal with the problems of the high pressure employees.
