| Due to repeated outbreaks of COVID-19,the international situation is still uncertain."Thunderstorms" of large enterprises keep emerging,market risks are increasingly diversified,and financial regulators are increasingly stringent in their supervision of various liquidity and compliance indicators of commercial banks.At the same time,with the marketization of the financial industry,the gap between traditional deposits and loans of commercial banks is gradually narrowing,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,making it increasingly difficult for commercial banks to expand their business and improve their profit level.As the "vanguard" of business development of commercial banks,corporate account managers should take into account both risk compliance and business development,and their work pressure increases accordingly.Bank B is a large state-owned commercial bank and one of the world’s top500.Its business scope basically covers all business types of commercial banks.Nanning Branch is the capital city branch set up by B Bank in Nanning.Its business scale accounts for 50% of B Bank’s business scale in Guangxi,and it is the largest secondary branch of B Bank in Guangxi.Based on the B bank nanning branch company customer manager as the research object,as individuals-environment matching theory,and the theory of job requirements-control theory as the foundation,through literature research,case investigation method,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews and other methods,the pressure of work,work the pressure source,pressure reduce strategy and safeguard measures were studied.Through the investigation,it is found that the work stress level of the customer managers in Nanning Branch of BANK B is relatively high,which leads to the decrease of the work efficiency of the customer managers of the bank and the continuous increase of the turnover rate,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the business of the bank.The purpose of this paper is to formulate the pressure reduction strategy for the customer managers of Nanning Branch of BANK B,aiming at relieving the working pressure of the customer managers of Nanning Branch of Bank B and helping the business of Nanning Branch of Bank B develop better.It mainly consists of the following three parts: The first part is to study,summarize and summarize the relevant theoretical models and academic researches on the sources of work stress and the strategies of reducing work stress.The second part is to design a questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on the customer managers of Nanning Branch of Bank B,and select some customer managers to conduct in-depth interviews to understand the work pressure situation and work pressure sources of the customer managers of Nanning Branch of Bank B.Thirdly,based on the survey results,the paper analyzes the work pressure sources of customer managers in Nanning Branch of BANK B from four aspects of work factors,organization factors,role factors and personal factors,and makes corresponding work pressure reduction strategies and safeguard measures.The research results of this paper can relieve the work pressure of customer managers in Nanning Branch of BANK B,improve the work efficiency and enthusiasm of customer managers,promote the sustainable development of the business of Nanning Branch of Bank B,and provide reference for the work pressure management of customer managers in Nanning Branch of Bank B. |
