Ready-Mixed Concrete which used tremendously is an important building material. Due to the physical characteristics of concrete itself and conditions construction site facing such as the personnel, equipment, weather, geography, traffic conditions, the delivery of concrete is of great timeliness. Currently, the country's ready-mixed concrete production enterprises are basically operate independently and concrete delivery scheduling are mostly from scheduling staff making based on experience. The entire industry lack scientific scheduling, which leads to the distribution can not meet the time requirements. Either arrived early and line up for unloading or arrived lately to impact of the construction process. For the great timeliness of distribution of ready-mixed concrete, the paper formulate a distribution module about supplying between some plants and construction sites based on the studying of the vehicles routing problems with time windows. The results are gotten through the genetic algorithm, to be different target values corresponding to the sequence and schedule. To improve delivery scheduling decisions visualization, high efficiency and reliability, this article introduce GIS, which has powerful spatial data processing ability, and spatial data visualization operating characteristics, to optimize the distribution scheduling. Combined the concrete delivery model with GIS, the traditional logistics system planning lacked of visualization and limited to a single data processing is improved, helping people with electronic forms to see models among database and development trends. Concept demonstrated, data visualization, and geo-spatial information related to the analysis, which can meet the demand for optimal decision-making and provide optimum decision-making program.
