Bricks Production Equipment Management Improvement Of LNMD Enterprise

There are equipment loading and productivity issue in domestic enterprises. LNMD is one of them. From above analysis, the root cause can be found that equipment management and maintenance issue.Introduce TPM method to LNMD enterprise and use integrated equipment management theory, then utilize society resource to improve bricks production equipment productivity for LNMD enterprise profit improvement.This article emphasizes on equipment operation study. In improvement plan, this article raises 3-level maintenance plan and 4-level preventive maintenance plan. It includes spare parts reliability management, maintenance strategy, ration management, etc. Improve equipment loading and productivity, then improve product and enterprise competition and maintain enterprise developing stable.This article raises the plan to solve actual equipment problem with theory study. This article not only raises the plan for equipment management, KPI for equipment management, but also improves LNMD enterprise organization, process re-engineering, etc. Establish new equipment management department to emphasize equipment and utilize society resource to improve equipment loading and productivity.The improvement plan considers practice and theory together. Organization innovation, process re-engineering, continuous improvement, Theory of constraint are used for actual problem solving. Through bricks production line equipment management study of LNMD enterprise, we can find that advanced equipment management is very important for equipment loading and productivity improvement.
