With the proposal of China's "One Belt and One Road" initiative and the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan,China Manufacturing is creating a transition to China.The enterprises have ushered in a crucial period of management and technological transformation.In this environment,manufacturing enterprises will face more intense competition in the market.Affected by the traditional management thinking,the domestic manufacturing enterprises tend to focus on production,and all the activities of the enterprises serve the production.The equipment management activities do not attract the attention of the top management of the enterprises.The management of the equipment is mostly based on the after-sales maintenance,which leads to the equipment Maintenance personnel are struggling to deal with a variety of equipment failure,the lack of effective measures for the subsequent continuous improvement,resulting in high equipment failure rate,high repetition rate,seriously affecting the production efficiency and efficiency of enterprises.TPM(Total normalized Productive Maintenance)full equipment maintenance Toyota Japan is based on the United States PM management model combined with the status of their own business and gradually developed a device management model,the idea is through continuous improvement,eliminate equipment production The process of loss,improve equipment utilization,improve product yield,reduce equipment failure rate,and ultimately increase the overall efficiency of production equipment,thereby increasing the operating efficiency of enterprises.The thesis takes TSAC enterprise as the research object,analyzes the necessity of implementing TPM and puts forward the implementation plan.The full text is divided into six parts altogether.The first chapter is the introduction,clarifying the research background and significance of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,the content and train of thought of the research.The second chapter sorts out the related concepts and theories.The third chapter has carried on the thorough analysis to the current situation of the TSAC production equipment management,summed up the company in the production equipment management existing question and the reason.On this basis,the fourth chapter of the dissertation designs the overall plan of TSAC applying full production maintenance and management,including the purpose,scope and content of implementing full production maintenance management.The fifth chapter put forward the concrete steps and methods of TSAC's application of comprehensive 'production maintenance management plan.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the full text and makes future research prospects.Through the research of the thesis,it can improve TSAC's management level in equipment management and also has some reference to other manufacturing enterprises.
