Research On Development Strategy Of The Second Construction Company Of Sino-Pec

Enterprise strategy is an entire plan of enterprise development in the future, deciding the direction of the development. The strategy refer to the relationship between enterprise and environment, the fix of mission, the establishment of enterprise target, as well as the formulation of both fundamental policies and competitive strategies. There are lots of dilemmas and uncertainties in managerial environment of enterprise, but running companies demand clear thoughts and high-efficient management, thus, such a pair of contradictions would like to be dealt with efficiently through researching, fashioning and enforcing enterprise strategies, developing strategic management. In order to study enterprise strategic management deeply, the paper chose The Second Construction Company of Sino-pec (abbreviate it as SCCPEC below) as research object, analyzing and studying the company's developing strategies.The paper studied the competitive strategies of SCCPEC by means of strategic management. Firstly, it assorted to the model of Porter WULI and made an overall, objective analysis of the outer environment of SCCPEC, suggesting what opportunities and challenges SCCPEC are faced with. Secondly, it studied the competitive position of SCCPEC in petrochemical industry by strategic group theory and core theory, making clear the competitive opponent of SCCPEC and the condition that SCCPEC taking advantage of outer opportunities and avoiding outer threats. Thirdly, it initially formulated the competitive strategies of SCCPEC on the basis of SWOT theory, analyzing outer environment, interior resources and capabilities. Meanwhile, it adopted strategic selection theory to evaluate and analyze those plans and chose the competitive strategy that best suit current SCCPEC. Fourth, applies the EFE matrix, analysis methods and so on IFE matrix and grand total fuzzy judgment, and has carried on the quantitative analysis using the QSPM matrix to the alternative strategic plan Finally, centering on the selected strategic plan, the paper put forward some suggestions to implement those strategies and some cultivate questions basing on the core competition of enterprise development.
