The Research Of Evaluating The Development Of Circular Economy Of Shaanxi Province

It can correct the traditional model of regional development in the defect, drive backward region to achieve leapfrog development. As an independent branch of the cycle of Economics, the regional circular economy was supported the theory of ecology, economics these related disciplines.In this paper, it established the Shaanxi's economic development cycle evaluation index system based on Shaanxi, the domestic and international of the circular economy of development theory and practice, and other relevant literature analysis, collating, summarized and concluded on the basis of economic development in how to correctly handle the relationship between environment and development issues, solutions to environmental from the economic development Contradictions point. Through the cycle economic development indicators, it analyzed the results of the comprehensive evaluation, defined the cycle of economic development in Shaanxi Province and the status of deficiencies and proposed some suggestions and countermeasures.In the course of writing this article ,it was combined with qualitative an quantitative methods, the combination of empirical analysis and norms, as far as possible, select a more comprehensive manner to include a comprehensive economic, social, environmental, resources various targets, established a more comprehensive evaluation System.Paper is divided into six chapters. Introduction to the first chapter, the topics discussed the background and significance, the purpose of the study and methods. Chapter II is mainly related theories reviewed, including the circular economy and regional circular economy of the content, principles, characteristics and operating mechanism. In Chapter III, through the development of circular economy at home and abroad contrast, has been on China's economic development cycle of inspiration.
