The Theory,Practice And Comprehensive Evaluation System Research On Circular Economy

With the development of social economy, we are now faced the crisis of ecological environment such as resource exhaustion, environment pollution and ecological imbalance. Hence sustainable development, circular economy and abstemious society are the important trend. Scholars and professionals researches and discusses circular economy from different views. All levels governments of our country have explored the problem on circular economy although the great environment has not been formed among decision-making layer, academic circles and business enterprise field. The analysis of the circular economy system is mainly qualitative research but not qualitative and quantitative method.In this dissertation, this text studies the theory,practice and comprehensive evaluation system research on circular economy. The first chapter explains the problem's meaning and the contents and the frame of this text. The second chapter introduces the theories foundation of circular economy and several foreign countries'practice. The third chapter introduces the development and the expansion of circular economy in China. The fourth chapter researches the circular economy support system and builds up eight subsystems. The fifth chapter put forwards circular economy evaluation target and evaluation principle and sets up the evaluation basic frame of the circular economy index sign system. The sixth chapter sets up the development evaluation model of circular economy system which is qualitative and quantitative method. Through data collection, processing and analyse, the seventh chapter selects Shangai city as example and analyzes Shanghai city circular economy development condition with the index sign trend diagram and circular economy radar diagram.
