A Study On Regional Circular Economy System And Its Operation

There is not any period in history, whose treasure created by human, can compare with the 20th century, but it is also the most seriously in 20th century that the environment has been destroyed. The environment pollution and zoology destroy have become the main crisis of the 20th century. It is based on the cognition of the environmental problem that human seek help for the ecosystem, and it is based on the imitating to the ecosystem that the circular economy has come into being.Circular economy is a kind of economic and ecological development model, whose objective is to save resources, improve efficiency, and push the sustainable development of economy and the full-scale advancement of society. Its method is to imitate the circular model of the ecosystem, to become the"resource—product—waste"to"resource—product—recycled resource". Its principles are Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.This dissertation takes Shanghai as example to study the construction and operation of regional circular economy system. It contains the introduction, academic research, demonstrative research and epilogue.The introduction is the chapter1, relating the research background, the retrospect of current research, the framework, the methodology, the structure and main innovation.The academic research includes the chapter2, chapter3, chapter4, chapter5 and chapter6. Chapter2 is the basic theory analysis of circular economy. It reviews the background of how the circular economy comes into being, analyzes the meaning of circular economy; it divides the seedtime of circular economy into waste callback and reuse stage, the drainage decreasing stage, the zero drainage stage and the realized circular economy in society stage; and it researches the academic base of circular economy.Chapter3 is the study on the industry classification based on the theory of circular economy. There are important differences between circular economy and traditional economy, and current methods of industry classification are based on the traditional economy theory, which aren't suitable for the development of circular economy. This chapter classifies the industries on the basis of circular economy theory.Chapter4 is the circular economy model for academic analysis. Using for reference of others, it builds a circular economy model on the basis of the industry classification of the chapter3. With the model it analyzes the conditions of how circular economy system can operate smoothly, and analyzes the 3R principles.Chapter5 is the building and operating of circular economy system. It analyzes the structural characteristics of circular economy system, and the circular economy system has the three required conditions of a dissipation structure. It analyzes the basic inscape of a circular economy, that is the industry inscape, the inner supporting inscape and the outer environmental inscape. And it studies how to build and operate a circular economy system.Chapter6 researches on the evaluation of circular economy. It constructs the evaluation model of circular economy system.The demonstrative research includes the chapter7, chapter8 and chapter9.Chapter7 studies on the status quo of circular economy in Shanghai. It introduces the general situation of Shanghai, analyzes the status quo of circular economy in Shanghai from industry, agriculture, consumption and resource recycling, and analyzes the policy in Shanghai of how to promote the development of circular economy.Chapter8 is the evaluation on status quo of circular economy in Shanghai. It evaluates the status quo of circular economy in Shanghai with the model building in chapter6, and educes some instructive conclusions.Chapter9 is the construction of circular economy system in Shanghai. It puts forwards a preparatory design for circular economy system in Shanghai.The epilogue is the chapter10. It summarizes the whole paper, points out the shortages of current research, and puts forwards the direction for future research. By combining the economics with the ecology, this dissertation uses the academic deduction and the demonstrative analysis, and it synthetically uses the method of systemic science, general ecology, regional economics, management science and economic.The innovations of this dissertation are as follows:1.
