Performance management plays an important role in human resource management. This paper, based on the theory of performance management, takes Miyun Electric power company for case, through analyzes the existing problem on performance management in the company, takes balanced scorecard as the main examination methods and 360-degree appraising method to supplement, establishes the performance management system of Miyun Electric Power Company. At first, the performance management system takes the completion the goal of the operation and management which the State Grid Corporation, the Beijing Power Company have decided as the key performance indicators, the key performance indicators are decomposed company level, sector level and specific level; Then, determining the content and giving the weight; Followed by the implementation of performance management and the application of performance appraisal results. Finally, this paper puts forward some pertinent measures to the performance management process of the implementation of the protection. The performance management improves the human resources management of Miyun Electric Power Company, promotes the development of the company.
