Performance management is the core element of enterprise management of human resources and can realize the function as an effective managing technique. The implementation performance management attaches a great importance to improve the operational efficiency and benefit of enterprise, and upgrade enterprise management.At present, the performance examination and assessment system of Qingyang power supply corporation is mainly following performance assessment model with an administration character. There are some issues for its going system such as confusing examination and assessment system, lacking examination strategic guide, incomplete performance management framework, emphasizing the end and ignoring process in the assessment index design, emphasizing examination and ignoring management. On the basis of related theory summary, along with analyzed the current situation and existing problem of performance management, it provides corresponding strategies for sustained operation of corporation performance management, combined the existing main problems in the performance management implementation of grid enterprises in recent years.
