| With the intensification of economic competition,the importance of human resources management is becoming more prominent.As the core link of human resource development and management,performance evaluation provides decision-making basis for various work of human resource management.Fengfeng mining area power supply company is a state-owned power enterprise.Facing the current downward pressure on the local economy and the continuous promotion of the market-oriented reform on the national power sales side,the company has gradually explored and promoted performance management of all employees to enhance its competitiveness and ensure its market position.Based on this,this paper first introduces the performance related theory.Then,using the method of questionnaire,I analysis of the current performance evaluation status of of Fengfeng mining area power supply company.The problems discovered in the end are single assessment subject,incomplete allocation of assessment indicators,incomplete feedback of assessment results,and inadequate application of assessment results.The cause of the problem is further analyzed.Then,the performance evaluation system of Fengfeng mining area power supply company is reconstructed by combining KPI key performance indicator method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.This paper applies relevant theories to build the performance evaluation system of Fengfeng mining area power supply company,so as to make it more objective,to increase the motivation of the staff to participate in performance management,and to provide support for the realization of the strategic objective of the enterprise.In addition,the research object here is Fengfeng mining area power supply company,which is a state-owned enterprise in reform with a time representative.Therefore,the performance appraisal system designed in this paper can provide referential results and research ideas for state-owned enterprises to construct performance appraisal system. |
