Along with electric power organizational reform's thorough advance, strengthening the enterprise performance management was the present subject of electric power enterprise scientific management.The author chose the electric power industry to take the object of study. First the power supply enterprise performance management was analyzed. On this purpose, the author proposed the performance management system construction. Next the management foundation that needs to strength was proposed .Finally the author proposed the performance management model that based on enterprise strategy, and analysis the model structure, the function characteristic, and construct company key performance indicator system quoting the BSC's thoughts. Thus a set of complete enterprise performance management system that base on strategy was formed.
