Study Of NG-BSS Construction In China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch

This paper attempt to handle knowledge of the Administration Subject to discuss the project management of NG-BSS in China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch from object,project implementing,demand management, etc. Construction and manegement is the core of IT layout .The building of information system have the characteristic of high input, high risk and high output, and need to study how to combine with industrialization of IT ,and is a work with much challenge and difficulty. NG-BSS is the important foundation of China Unicom IT layout,it is actual to research and constitute the project management of NG-BSS.This paper proceed with analyse of implement in the building of Unicom information system field, with the characteristic of China Unicom Inner Mongolia Branch, and to confirm the fundamental of construction management.
