| The construction industry is the earliest introduction of project management industry in our country. After years of research and development, the large construction projects of large-scale construction enterprises have become more mature through project management, and the effect is good. But as an indispensable and important part of the national economy, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises’management level is relatively low. Most of those did not execute the true meaning of project management, but by experience or extensive management basically. With the large-scale construction enterprises, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises have neither the market monopoly and economy of scale advantage, nor the management advantage. Naturally, they are in a very disadvantageous position in the fierce market competition. Therefore, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises have to make a change in management and improve efficiency to get survival and development.Through the case of Yixing International Trade Building construction project, this thesis studies the construction project management issues according to the characteristics of construction industry, thus ensuring the smooth completion of the project. This essay mainly introduces the methods of project management, such as the definition of the project scope, the project management organization, project schedule planning and control, project resource cost planning and control, project quality management and project risk management. Based on the common problems of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises, this essay tries to put forward reasonable suggestions aiming at the problems existing in case, to further improve the company’s project management mode. This essay offers some suggestions about the issue in project management the small and medium-sized construction enterprises should pay attention to, hoping to provide some references for them. |
