The Quality Management Of Data Communications Construction Project

The early 21 st century, the communications industry showed explosive growth in all types of new technologies. Now, the construction of data network operators is the top priority of the future business strategy. It can be said that the data network based on the strength of pros and cons of the future based on the core business competitiveness of one.In this paper goal is to solve the data communications construction project management is reflected in the quality of management in some of the issues.Read through the literature, and the actual inspection, I found that in the data communications construction project quality management, quality management methods serious deficiencies:1. Excessive reliance on the prior control of the rules and regulations, unable to complete the quality of continuous improvement process.2. The lack of quality management system, production can not be achieved with the simultaneous implementation of the construction project quality management content.In the latter part of the study, IOS 10006 quality management system became the focus of my research.Promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization is the ISO10006 reference to the U.S. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Knowledge System Guide (PMBOK) basis. It is dedicated to protecting and improving project quality management standards. It gives the project a quality management system, project quality management concepts and practices.Therefore, based on the above, I will be the main thrust of this paper, defined as: ISO 10006 standard as the main reference standards to which I engaged in the data network construction projects .The combination of theoretical research results and data communications service companies to provide a quality management projects can draw on the theory of reference and ISO 10006 in the domestic telecom operators to promote their theory of exploration and practice.
