On Innovative Construction Of Spiritual Culture In Textile Enterprises

In the historical course of enhancing China from a big textile country to a powerful textile country, it is an important task and times mission to strengthen textile corporate culture construction, explore textile corporate culture innovation and actively cultivate the corporate core competitiveness. Based on the summary and analysis of the current situation of the textile's corporate culture construction, this thesis attempts to organically combine the research method of"image thinking"with"systematic thinking"and suggests that textile enterprises in China need to take the road of corporate spiritual culture innovation.
