For the development of the enterprise, it is very important that the employee sympathize the strategy of the enterprise. The cohesiveness which generated from the identify for the enterprise strategy shall be the priority among the priorities. By the high salary and high welfare, the enterprise may detain the employee, but cannot retain the heart. The actual main point for retaining the employee shall be the corporate culture. In a sense, corporate culture shall be the adhesive and magnetic field which can arouse the proficiency of the employee to the fullest extent and condense the developing joint force. Corporate culture shall be the precious and potential intangible asset.This paper shall study how the CITIC HMC culture based on the spirit of Jiao Yulu arouse the staff centripetal force, fighting capability and creativity to the fullest extent by it’s enormous glamour, thus to realize the longer time, higher level and higher quality scientific development of a large state-owned enterprise.
