In this paper, We briefly introduce the history and current situation of C&W self-srvice company. And we finally work out the marketing strategy of the company according to analysing the environment of the company,the tendency of self-srvice property,marketing situation and the objective market. After that we bring up the detail tactics and measures to realize the strategy also test and verify the result in practice.This paper mainly consists of two parts:Part one is the process of working out the marketing strategy. It's a system project. We must understand the following factors such as the history of the company,the current situation,the life cycle of the product,the market share,the company's strong points,the company's weak points,the company's opportunity,the company's threaten and the needs of customers. Then we will formulate the strategy easily.Part two is the tactics and measures to realize the strategy. It is just the first step for the company that formulates the marketing strategy. We must illustrate in detail how could we realize it. It is to say that we will illustrate the value assembly,design,purchase,production,quality control,sales,channel,price,package,transport,advertizement,promotion and public relations. Then the strategy will be put into effect.
