Study On Evaluation System Of Establishing Innovation-type Park In Taiyuan High-tech Zone

Now, national high-tech zones of our country have reached the second undertaking stage at which the key lies in innovation, especially self-innovation. Therefore, under such circumstance, 53 national high-tech zones of our country take innovation as the most important task and strive for construction from high-tech zones to innovation-type park. Taiyuan high-tech zones always take innovation as a key, especially nowadays take it as the most important event in the innovation-type park development.Relaying on the second undertaking background and grasping the core of innovation, the paper establishes an innovation-type park evaluation system from the connotation, content and meaning of building innovation-type park. That is a technology innovation index evaluation system, and 16 indexes were chosen to represent science and technology activity, incubator condition and the whole economic environment of the high-tech zones. According to the evaluation system built above, the paper, using factor analysis and cluster analysis methods, makes a research on the 53 high-tech zones'ranking and classification. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on Taiyuan high-tech zone. In view of the practical situation of Taiyuan high-tech zone, the paper makes a concrete analysis and points out some problems in its development, then gives some advice.
