In the 21st century, the production-oriented enterprises come into the times of the rapid development of technology and globalization era.How do companies gain a competitive superiority in global competition and continue to maintain that advantage on this issue are coming into people's attentions.In recent years,research-based competency model for the human resources management provides a new method and theoretical basis.The aim is to raise the company's core competitiveness which can not be ectypal.This thesis posts a pilot study on a developing enterprise--LD Company's HR competency model.The main positions of HR competency model of the modeling process and models in human resource management application are discussed.With the job responsibilities of the key behavioral event interview (BEI) and questionnaire survey data analysis, prepared by the quality of the dictionary, extraction of the elements of competency HR positions are extracted finally. All these factors base a solid foundation for establishing the competency model of the LD company.This article concludes with a competency model application.And this application finds a valid breakthrough to solve the problem of human resources management in LD Human Resource Management method.
