In the tide of economic globalization,Chinese Aerospace Science and industry group put forward the overall development of new ideas,clear and effective way of transformation and upgrading,will promote the internationalization and development of domestic and international two markets in an extremely important position.At present,for the completion of H company group company international management tasks,but also put forward higher requirements for human resources.Interviews with 25 senior executives of the company's business department application expert group interview method,in order to understand the outstanding international marketing staff in skills,knowledge,talent,personality and other aspects of the quality and specific behavior.According to the statistical analysis of the interview results,the formation of the initial post competency model of international marketing 4 dimension H company contains 22 characteristic elements.Finally,expert interviews were carried out on the model test,verify that the model is basically in accordance with the development needs of H company.
