This paper is based on the field research work,starts from the first hand materials,focuses on work performance,it explores directly the personal quality and work behavior that is able to have an impact on itself,and constructs the competency model,this model is suitable for the business characteristics of the enterprise,and has significant personality characteristics,and then this paper evaluates the middle management position of the enterprise,meanwhile,realizes the information of evaluation.It also achieves the information of comment.Seen from the practice of enterprise,the job has a better result.This paper takes H company as an example,providing a train of thought and method to build competency model concerning procurement specific business unit.According to the results of behavioral event interview,we refine the enterprise own personalized behavior standards,which could not only be used to evaluate,but also be used to guide the cadres self-improvement.We conclude the main demand of quality evaluation of information,and provide reference for the evaluation of information,so as to greatly reduce the cost of evaluation and to improve efficiency in competence evaluation.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of competency model at home and abroad based on "Iceberg theory",summarizes the understanding for competency model of author,it illustrates the main points of the research design and introduces competency and its summaries.Basing on theory research,we adopt two methods to do field investigation,including questionnaire and interview to find the problems existing in the H Company.Then we put forward a new index structure of the competency model based on "behavioral event interview" building.At last,this paper introduces the process and application of competency evaluation information,based on the application of practical competency assessment software,puts forward the overall requirements and its framework,it proposes the basic requirements of software "foreground" and "background" and explains the setting of evaluation rules under the mode of grading.
