With the rapid development of economic environment,we increasingly attach importance to the efficiency and effect of construction projects,therefore,achieving the goal through scientific,objective allocation and utilization to human resources by applying scientific project management methods is becoming an important topic that enterprises and projects faced.It is of great significance for human resources management in project control to research on project human resources allocation and management.The paper applies the correlation theory of project human resources and takes the construction project of District D at SYRJ Science Park as the object of research.Firstly,it shall analyze the project overview,including the context,characteristics,organization and resource allocation;then,it shall state the target,progress and costs of project construction.After that,it shall make predictions to demand of project human resources by using ratio analysis method and staff record analytical approach based on human resource allocation.Next,the paper shall predict supply of human resources according to Markov Analysis and co-ordinate supply and demand of it,design human resources allocation plan and results for the construction project of District D at SYRJ Science Park and propose the implementing guarantee to making sure of the program delivery.The paper's research on the human resources allocation of the construction project for District D at SYRJ Science Park plays a reference role for that of other Science Parks in future as providing a set of efficient methods,procedures and tools from aspects of project organization structure and human resources allocation.Therefore,future research shall concentrate on how to improve human resources allocation of projects.
