Nowadays,companies are involved in a severe competition due to the continual changing environment,such competition has become a talent contest in the knowledge and ecnomy era till now,In order to achieve the final objective and pursue the largest ,all the companies must pay more attention to their talent structure ,which inquires the companies must pay more attention to their talent structure ,which inquires the leaders of the companies to invent more and more capital in training employee and developing accordingly. It's also the only and right way for all the organizations to create their images in the customers ,to keep their competitive advantages and fulfill the strategic objectives effectively.The paper studies and analyses the whole process of Employee Training in details and the following important points are mainly discussed in order:Assess the training needs,Made the training plan,Carry out Employee Training,Assess the training resuls. All the conclusion are reached by integrating theory with practice,quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,which insure the resuls are accurate,objective and authentic.Finally,the paper highlingts the application of new technology and method in Employee Training and the trend of Employee Training in the near future.This paper studies Employee Training deeply with suitable methods and theories,which can be the reference for the companies to carry out their Employee Training.
