China is the world's largest textile and garment producers,consumers and exporters.According to the data of the national bureau of statistics,China's clothing retail has maintained a steady growth trend from 2012 to 2017,with the total retail sales of clothing reaching 1.4557 trillion yuan in 2017,an increase of 477.9 billion yuan from the 977.8 billion yuan in 2012.In 2018,the total retail sales of apparel reached 1.3707 trillion yuan.In 2019,the state introduced a number of tax cuts and fees to stimulate consumption.The total retail sales of apparel increase slightly to 1.3849 trillion yuan.Is the future of the apparel industry overall positive,a vast market,however clothing production enterprise has been in labor intensive for a typical symbol,in the old mode of production,clothing production more profits in return for a cheap labor in recent years,clothing production rich along with the practice of management theory,optimization of management procedures,clothing production technology,the traditional management way and cheap labor,have been unable to support enterprises in the fierce market competition for greater market,to meet customer demand.Looking at modern management theories and advanced enterprise experience,it is not difficult to find that the most direct way for enterprises to gain greater competitive advantages and obtain sustainable development energy is to improve the quality of employees through training,so as to promote employees to play a greater role and make employees more competent for their posts.Based on BJ company as samples,this paper analyzes the industry environment,the enterprises face with the particularity of the enterprise,combining with the relevant theory of adult education,using three levels of training needs analysis model and his four assessment model,through the interview BJ company employees,understand the company personnel structure and training organizations to carry out the way,found in BJ company training staff inadequate training needs analysis,lack of employee training organization,staff training,the curriculum is unreasonable,staff training,evaluate the effect and incentives in place five.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the training of BJ company,and puts forward reasonable and feasible Suggestions for the optimization of the training implementation from the following five aspects according to the causes of the problems:1.Strengthen the cultural guidance,make the enterprise culture solid and solid,and fully combine the particularity of the enterprise to create a good learning atmosphere for independent learning and mutual communication.2.Planning training needs,sorting out the training needs of BJ company from three levels:organizational needs,task needs and personnel needs.3.Design the course reasonably,and divide the course into 5 categories: on-job training,production basic knowledge,production design and management knowledge,process skills knowledge,group assistance and seminar,and define the course content,teaching objectives,lecturers and participants in the course in detail.In particular,in view of the large proportion of female employees in BJ company,counseling courses such as female emotional care and career planning were added.4.Equipped with strong training institutions to actively use business backbone as lecturers;Training was organized for lecturers to improve their educational skills and professional skills.5.Strengthen training feedback.Plan the feedback work in response,learning,behavior and result according to the four-level assessment of kirschner,and clarify the content,form,time and responsibility unit of the feedback according to the requirements of different levels of feedback.This paper clarifies the thoughts for BJ company to optimize training management,provides references for other garment manufacturers,and enriches the application of relevant theories in practice.
