Considering the importance of Performance Management (PM) in the enterprise management and the issues in our enterprise headquarter Departmental Performance Management, based on the theories of Performance Management (PM), combined with some practical experience of it in both domestic and foreign countries' companies, and also the real demand in K Group enterprise, we re-designed the Departmental Performance Management system in K Group Enterprise's headquarter, and we come to a conclusion and promotion on that practical experience of design, through the evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of that implementation. Hopefully this would be a feasible model for our enterprises' headquarter Performance Management.This paper includes the following three parts:Part One mainly intruduces K Group Enterprise fundamentally, and does some diagnosis on the current status of their Departmental Performance Management, and provides some thoughts for the design of Departmental Performance Management System. Part Two, firstly defines the objective of this design, therefore confirms the principle of this system design; secondly, shows the ways and methods of the headquarter departmental Performance Management system design, based on the research of the departmental performance management's system module, process module and performance management tools; thirdly, by using the performance management tools of MBO, BSC, KPI, the 360-Degree Performance Appraisal, etc, establishes the scheme of K Group Enterprise headquarter departmental Performance Management system design, and deeply analyzes the whole process of this practical performance management. Part Three, focuses on the comparison between the old and new PM system in K Group, and assesses that implementation performance, get to the final design experience of this Departmental Performance Management, which would hopefully be a good reference for those enterprise managers in their real work.
