With the rapid development of economy and society in China, more and more of the Group companies appear gradually, often because of our unique social system and the unique economic characteristics, and the emergence of large enterprise groups or established with the wishes of the government highly relevant. The background of these enterprise groups are central enterprises or government have a close relationship, but from China’s economic structure and GDP, most of the contribution comes from these large-scale enterprise groups. Therefore, the study of enterprise groups is becoming a hot topic.This article is for the value of the corporate headquarters of the Group to create value behavior and its influencing factors to do research. First, through a review of the literature and existing theoretical excavation, preliminary assumptions dimensions of the Group Headquarters value creation behavioral dimension and its influencing factors; followed by scale design and overall project analysis and inspection, to further clarify the value of the Group’s headquarters to create behavior and dimension of its influencing factors, will streamline the originally proposed scale items, final inspection scale; reliability and validity test to test the reliability and validity of the measurement data by factor analysis test measurement data consistency verify income through structural equation correlation dimension variables, which concluded to verify assumptions purposes; Finally, according to the results obtained by the empirical analysis, the conclusions of analysis, and the corresponding policy recommendations.The study found that the Group headquarters dimension of value creation behavior can be divided into business development, business management, and shared synergies and business support in four areas. Influencing factors of external environment, technological change only the value of the Group’s headquarters to create behavior positively impact the internal factors of environmental impact, the Group’s entrepreneurial spirit more significantly, the Group is headquartered ability to create value, the stronger the more prominent, and the accumulation of resources and subsidiaries dominant behavior Group headquarters value creation behavior but will weaken more.
