Study Safety Management Control System In Product Of Petrochina Refining And Chemical

In this article, the object to analyze is Lanzhou Petro and Chemical company, a subsidiary of China Petroleum and Gas Group Co., the main aim is to analyze safety management situation of refinery chemical industry company and international safety management situation, then to find safety production management control system which is suited for development of company under advanced safety management Theories.In first part of this article, the main content is to analyze historical background, transform and recombine process of company and accident happened in company nearly, then to show the safety management situation of company, finally to present that it's very importance to establish safety management control system under special conditions such as complication of structures, diversification of employees of company.In second part of this article, mainly introduced development history of safety production control system, took safety system science theory as instruction, thought about existing problems in safety production control system of Lanzhou Petro and Chemical company theoretically, and thought about four key factors which are needed in establishing company safety production management control system, then put forward basal frame of establishing company safety production management control system under international advanced safety management mode.In third part of this article, mainly expatiated about running mechanism of company safety management control system. After analyzed company safety culture theory, regarding to existing problem in weak execution of company safety management control system, suggested to solve this problem with company safety culture.In fourth part of this article, considered relationship between company safety management stratagem and company safety production management control system based on company strategic management, discussed how to establish and execute company safety management stratagem, then put forward farther development direction for safety production management control system of Lanzhou Petro and Chemical from developing view.
