Study On Intelligence Production Management Application Of SAP-Based Petrochina Ningxia Petrochemical Company

Under the background of global economic downturn and the slowdown of the economic growth,accompanied by the restructuring of the Chinese economy and the supply-side structural reforms,the internal and external competition of petrochemical energy industry is increasingly intense.Using modern management thoughts and information technology methods to improve the management and lower the operation cost to against the economic development trend at home and abroad,is the most concern of enterprises right now.This thesis makes an overall introduction about the implementation and application of SAP Intelligent Production Management System in Ningxia Petrochemical Company.First,it focuses on introducing the concept and basic principles of ERP,the functions of key modules of SAP and the relationships among those modules,the MES Production Management System,the Lean Management Theory,the BPR Process Reengineering Theory,etc.And then describes the detailed presentation of the implementation and application of SAP Intelligent Production Management System in Ningxia Petrochemical Company.It also illustrates the objectives,principles,methods,scope and significance of the implementation of SAP Intelligent Production Management System in Ningxia Petrochemical Company.At the same time it explains how the business operations of the company is implemented in the SAP system.By applying lean management theory,using BPR business process reorganization theory,implementing the connection of MES Production Management System and SAP,Ningxia Petrochemical Company realized SAP Intelligent Production Management.After that,the author comments on the application of SAP in Ningxia Petrochemical Company by analyzing the improvement that SAP brings about and summarizing the successful experience.At the end of this thesis,the author lists the problems occurring during the process of applying SAP in Ningxia Petrochemical Company and raises the proposals for improvement.The implementation and application of SAP Intelligent Production Management System in Ningxia Petrochemical is a concrete practice combining the modern management thoughts with the informatization.The experience is not only a reference for Refining and Chemical Industry Intelligent Production Management of CNPC,but also for other similar enterprises to implement SAP Intelligent Production Management.
