The Research On Tax Civil Servants' Training Effectiveness

Tax departments play an extremely important role in our country's economic life and their normal operation depends on tax civil servants'quality and capability. So it has real meaning to build a high-quality and professional tax civil servants'team and effective training is an important way to achieve this objective. According to a training example, this paper analyses the effectiveness of tax civil servants'training from four aspects on the basis of studying the published literature about tax civil servants'training and makes some countermeasures for further improving training effectiveness. The paper consists of four parts:The first part is introduction, which includes describing researching backgrounds, proposing problems, giving definition and characteristics of object of study, reviewing related literature, analyzing theoretical and practical significance and researching methods.The second part is effectiveness analysis of tax civil servants'training,including description of status quo and effectiveness analysis from four aspects such as training-needs analysis and content designing, training implementation, training migration and training-effect evaluation.The third part puts forward some countermeasures on the basis of former effectiveness analysis.The fourth part is conclusion and pointing out that innovation and weaknesses and looking forward to the follow-up research.
