With the increasing development of economy and telecom reorganization, the competition of telecom operators is becoming increasingly fierce. Human resource has become the vital factor of promoting the economy growth and it is the tool of enterprises' competence advantage. Market competition, in fact, is the core talents. Differing from the general staffs, the corn talents are the core value of the enterprises, as well as the human resources of the lifeline. Therefore, using and exploiting of their creativities and potentialities, and enhancing their enthusiasms, are the important missions in human resources management.This paper, integrating theory with practice, through deeply analysis and study the current situation and existing problems in core talents management of China Telecom Company provide an effective reference for improving the core talents management. I hope that we would focus more on core talents, and manage the core talents well. Furthermore, reduce the risks and losses which the core talents may bring to company while they giving full play to role.
